Introduction

Veridas Streaming Service (VSS) is a service designed to receive multimedia data in various formats and apply some form of processing to that data. The resulting binary can be used to invoke those services that depend on this pre-processing.

It aims to address use cases where, due to the nature of the solution, some form of data pre-processing is required before the data can be used.

Initially, VSS was conceived to handle audio streaming scenarios in Contact Centers, but as we will see, its scalable and modular design opens the door to a wide range of scenarios that require multimedia data processing.
