To implement a use case requiring VSS functionalities, you can create a standalone integration. However, Veridas offers a range of plug-and-play integrations that address common scenarios in biometric authentication, where VSS plays a key role.

The value of these integrations lies in the fact that they handle all the 'heavy lifting' behind the scenes, allowing the end user to focus solely on the business logic specific to their use case.

As of today, Veridas provide the following integrations:

  • Genesys Cloud IVR Blueprint: for voice authentication scenarios upon Genesys Cloud IVR contact centers.
  • Amazon Connect IVR Blueprint: for voice authentication scenarios upon Amazon Connect IVR contact centers.
