This section presents the most relevant changes introduced in XpressID iOS v2.3.0.

Listed improvements:

  • NFC chip reading of identity documents, when enabled in the configuration.
  • States and provinces in the document selector.
  • Renewed design of the document selection screens.
  • Vertical capture for the back side of the documents that require it, such as some passports.
  • WebP images, static and animated, in customizable media.
  • Improved security of the Selfie Alive Pro process.
  • Compatible with Xcode 27. Improved stability on iOS 27 and on the new iPhone models.
